Payment and delivery

You can pay by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. In case of payment, the amount will be withdrawn from your account. At BUPO, you shop in complete safety and you can rely on the confidentiality of personal data processing.

Payment by bank transfer

Payment is made in euros: please transfer the money to an account opened in Tatra banka. The payment takes place without any additional fees. IBAN: SK65 1100 0000 0029 4913 7379, BIC: TAR SK BX, SIGMANIT s.r.o.

In the case of payment in other currencies, the prices are converted to euros according to the daily exchange rate of the National Bank of Slovakia. Payment in the online store can be made by credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery. You can pay in cash or by credit card when purchasing cash on delivery. When ordering online and picking up in the store, you can pay at the store's checkout. You can pay by credit card or cash. Payment for personal collection at the point of self-delivery at the address: Bazova 8, 821 08. After receiving and confirming the order, you will receive an advance invoice by e-mail, which contains all the data necessary for the transfer. After the payment is credited to our account, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will be informed about the dispatch of the order by e-mail with an attached tax document - invoice.

Terms of Delivery

Orders are prepared and sent within three working days at the latest. In case of delay, you will be informed by phone or e-mail Orders from Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, France are delivered by our external partner - postal courier DPD. The courier will deliver the package to your delivery address. The courier will inform you in advance about the delivery of the goods by phone or via SMS. Delivery costs are shown in the table.
